The tuition fees for the programme commencing in September 2025 are £9,535, inline with the recent increase in tuition fees. 
Student Finance England provide a range of financial support including the following.

Financial Support

Tuition Fee Loan

You may be eligible or a student loans to cover your tuition fees. The loan is paid directly to your training provider. Student Loan Company open for applications in February 2025. More information about student loans can be found on the Get into Teaching site. Tuition fee loans must be paid back but are not repayable until earnings exceed an amount agreed by the government. Maintenance Loan

Students can also apply for a maintenance loan to assist with costs of living whilst training to teach. As with the tuition fee loan, the maintenance loan must be paid back but is not repayable until earnings exceed an amount agreed by the government. You may have to provide details of your household income. The grant is paid directly into your bank account at the start of each term.

Training Bursary

Training bursaries and scholarships for 2025-26 study are available from the Department of Education.  You will need a first, 2:1, 2:2, PhD or Master’s to be eligible for a bursary or scholarship.  Further information on this funding can be found on the get into teaching website.

Other Grants/Allowances

Other specialist grants are available such as the Childcare Grant, Adult Dependants’ Grant, Parents’ Learning Allowance, Disabled Students’ Allowance.
